SHIPPING & TRACKING

• Shipping and handling is free on orders over $99 CAD through boujeebougie.com
• Boujee Bougie Candle Co. employs the services of Canada Post and USPS to complete shipments. Items will ship in a timely manner, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• Please allow 4-6 days for your order to ship out. We are busy making, packing and getting your order ready to ship safely to you. You will receive an email from us with your tracking code as your order ships.
• Please add our email to your safe list so our emails with information about your order do not end up in your junk box.
• Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided, and delays may occur during peak periods like holiday seasons or sale events. Please note that due to COVID19 shipping agencies are experiencing delays across all services which are out of our control. Keep this in mind while tracking your order online. DUTY & TAXES

• Please note all of our orders currently being fulfilled from within Canada. Purchases are subject to duties and taxes dependent on the country the order is being shipped to or from. This is payable by the customer and these fees are charged as part of regulatory law of your country of residence. This is applicable to all customers in Canada, USA, and internationally based on your shipping location and where our individual products are dispatched from. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer once your order arrives to your country of residence.
